THE TIME IS NOW

Over the past few years, we have seen the recent struggles of the American economy.   Our belief, at McCracken Farms, is there is no time like the present.  Growing up in Minnesota, I remember the garden and the harvesting of the crops.  Over the years, the family garden has been plowed under and replaced with concrete.  Whether you live on 5 acres or a condo, we have a system for you.   At the farm, we have several styles to chose from as well as the knowledge to create a style all of your own.  The basic concept of our farm is less space, less work, more product and happy customers.  You too can get back into farming...however it might not be the same.

FRUIT AND VEGETABLE PLANTS AVAILABLE

We hope to make available various plants for your garden.  Strawberry plants normally arrive mid September.  Other veggies are already started in the seed trays by late summer.  We try to start planting late Sept when the temperture drops 5 degrees.  If you have any questions you can always call Mike or John. 

Fruit trees are more difficult.  With all the problems with the citrus industry I have stopped selling trees.  However, I will be expanding in the more exotic fruit trees.  In the years to come, peaches, plums, figs, kiwi, mangos and others will be planted to give you the ripest fruit.   I hope to carry our knowledge on to you.
