Description:  Greens are very popular in the south.  We try to maintain both a large quantity but also varieites.  The quality is easy noticed when you pick and it snaps with freshness.

CUKES,ZUCS & SQUASH

Harvest Time:  Year long

Describtion:  Depending on the conditions, we try to maintain a wide assortment of varieties. 

BEANS & PEAS

Harvest Time: Year Round

Grown Hydroponically as well as field grown

Goals:  Started Peas in Summer of 09, realized needed more volumne will increase with field grown.

Varieties:  Mixed variety of all kinds

Describtion:  We noticed a need for peas and beans.  Trying to increase production.  Chicanes has been a recent purchaser of our beans.

BROCCOHLI & CAULIFLOWER

Harvest time:  October to May

Grown  25 gallon containers

Description:  Come snap off a large head of broccolli or cauliflower.  Freshness is 2nd to none.  You will taste each seed.

OTHER VEGGIES

Kohlrobi                         Okra
